The All Kerala Electronic Security & Sound Installers Association (AKESSIA) – Alappuzha District Committee ("we", "our", or "us") organizes the Kuttanadan Tech Fest 3.0 (KTF 3.0), hosted aboard Houseboat Vembanad Emperor on Saturday, 21 November 2026.

- Attendee Contact Details: Full Name, Primary Mobile Number, Email Address, and Business / Organization Name.
- AKESSIA Membership Credentials: For delegates claiming Member pricing, your AKESSIA Membership ID and verified District affiliation.
- Catering Preference: Selection of Vegetarian Sadya or Non-Vegetarian Kerala backwater cuisine.
- Payment & Transaction Reference: 12-digit UPI Transaction Reference ID (UTR number), payment timestamp, and payment status.
- Event Pass & Check-in Data: Unique alphanumeric QR pass code and boarding scan timestamp at Punnamada Finishing Point Jetty.
3. How We Use Your Data
We process personal data strictly for operational, logistical, and safety needs related to KTF 3.0:
To issue personalized entry QR codes and digital PDF passes for gate authentication.
To verify your 12-digit UPI UTR with committee bank statements before pass activation.
To ensure exact meal prep counts on the houseboat for Vegetarian Sadya and Non-Veg banquets.
To fulfill inland water passenger safety quotas mandated by Kerala maritime authorities.
4. Data Sharing & Non-Disclosure
We enforce a strict Zero-Sale, Zero-Spam Policy. Your personal contact information is never sold, traded, rented, or distributed to third-party telemarketers, commercial advertisers, or external marketing brokers.
Data is shared strictly on a need-to-know basis with:
- Authorized AKESSIA Alappuzha District Committee Convenors for pass verification and delegate registration support.
- Our official technical infrastructure partner, Sairva (
www.sairva.com), solely for software hosting, portal maintenance, and automated QR pass generation. - Statutory maritime or inland water police authorities if required strictly by lawful emergency regulations.
5. Data Security & Storage Retention
We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards. All data transmission across our portal is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS / HTTPS). Organizer portal access is restricted via cryptographically hashed credentials and role-based permissions.
Attendee records and payment logs are retained for a maximum period necessary to satisfy accounting audits, tax reconciliation, and association membership records, after which records are archived or anonymized.
6. Your Rights & Contact Information
You have the right to request access to the information registered under your name, correct inaccuracies (such as updating an email or meal preference), or request deletion of non-essential records following the conclusion of the event.
