1. Overview & Houseboat Operational Context
Kuttanadan Tech Fest 3.0 (KTF 3.0) is hosted aboard the luxury cruise vessel Houseboat Vembanad Emperor on Saturday, 21 November 2026.
Due to strict passenger manifest limitations set by Kerala Inland Waterways licensing, strictly capped vessel seating capacity, and advance procurement for customized delegate kits and authentic backwater catering (Sadya / Non-Veg feast), all pass purchases are subject to the cancellation terms below.
2. Attendee Cancellation Timelines & Refund Slabs

3. Free Delegate Substitution / Pass Transfer
If an emergency prevents you from attending, you may transfer your confirmed delegate pass to a fellow technician, colleague, or representative from your business organization free of charge.
Transfer Deadline: Transfer requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the event (by Thursday, 19 November 2026, 06:00 PM).
To request a transfer, send a message to the Event Convenor with your original Registration ID, plus the replacement attendee's Full Name, Mobile Phone, Email, and Catering Preference (Veg / Non-Veg).
4. Cancellation or Postponement by Organizers
In the unexpected event that KTF 3.0 is rescheduled, relocated, or cancelled due to force majeure, extreme weather, statutory port advisories, or technical breakdown of the vessel:
- Option A: 100% Full Refund of the registration fee remitted, with zero cancellation deductions.
- Option B: Automatic roll-over of your confirmed pass and reserved seat to the rescheduled summit date.
5. Refund Request Process & Payment Timelines
Eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing through one of the following channels:
